guess what

i have ableton live 7 suite now

this is some ambient dnb
i was tempted not to put it in drum and bass cos its a bit fast but what the hell
genres suck anyway why should everything be sorted into categories?

enjoy

EDIT:

now in dnb category

ableton, coolz. one of my friends has it, pretty cool stuff.

this was a prety immersive song, i gotta say. sounds wonderful--the bassline is good, and the melodies, although sometimes a bit cheesy, were solid. the swooshing pad was adorable, btw. well mixed, gj on that too.

i thought the drums could use some improvement--they sound a bit too tame for my liking, but thats jst me i guess [i lyke my stuff durty =]].

if you got time, check out my stuff--its only fair :)

"Who need genres ?!"

Really good Tune Stan (if I may call you so...) Good work with the ambient in the BG, ambient is awesome anyway XP - Only the drums sound a little bit too much dominating. Would sound a bit better with a more smoother drum sequence. Anyway nice work, as always ^^

Wiv a K

And it sounds fine all the time

I dont think it really matters what genre its in as its laid back and could be ambient if the drums were sligtly quieter

but who cares
very nice

"Ambient"

It was very ambient to start with, but then when the bass and the other drums came in, it lost it. But some very nice ideas.

I really like the melody and instrumentation. The only thing that is kind of weird is the drums (kind of thin sounding). Then again that is just my opinion. Good job!
