I originally picked up this theme while watching LOTR: Return of the King. I thought of a musical theme that would be good to accompany the boats filled with soldiers.
I called it Slave Boat, because in Roman times they had a big drum, kinda like the Troll Drummer in LOTR, so that all of the slaves/prisoners/soldiers would row at the same time and therefore go faster than if they randomly rowed.
Instruments:
-Oboe
-Tuba
-Bassoon
-Harpsichord
- Timpani (Drums)
-Bass Choral Section
I know the volume is really low, but it's the most maxed out I could get it.
Not Sad Enough
I suggest that a piece talking about slavery should be as sad and angry as Mahler. And that's what this piece is missing. The melody seems to be a bit too jolly and does not really symphonise the chorus at the back. Besides, the use of string-hitting seems to be ruining the sadness of the piece.

Didnt really do it for me...
It was alright I guess, but its just missing something. And it's a bit short with little variation, keep trying and all but this wasnt very good for me. You might want to use a different music program to fix the volume problem.
yeah, I feel the strength of the song is the drum part, and to appreciate it you need volume, a problem I am trying to fix.
