We are very proud to show you our very first collaboration. For our first try we have chosen a Symphony X song called In The Dragon's Den, you can hear this song on the album entitled Twilight in Olympus(1998).

The Back Line :
*XxCrucifiedxX at the Vokills( epic job dude ! ).
*XxCowMeatxX at the Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass, and Synth Programming. ( Coachin' !! LMAO !! )
*Bad-Man-Incorporated at the Voice Mixing.
*Speedmetalmessiah at the Lead Guitar ( Nice Sweeping ^^ ).
*Sonofkirk at the Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Drums Programming and Mixing.

In this song, we shared the solos:
First guitar solo by Sonofkirk : 02:00 => 02:24. (There are a lot of mistakes, I know, but I did my best ^^)
Second guitar solo by XxCowmeatxX : 02:25 => 02:39.
Bass solo by XxCowmeatxX at 02:39.
Third guitar solo by Sonofkirk : 02:43 => 02:54.
And last guitar solo by Speedmetalmessiah from 03:07 to 03:16. He is really a bastard !

Lyrics :

Placid skies, through crystal gazing eyes
Slaves to our desire, in a ring of smoke and fire
The dungeons call, two faces on the wall
Candles light the way, for a moonlight serenade

Through the nights and days, we will find a way
A way to carry on what we believe

An empty door, ashes on the floor
Hypnotic array of lights, dragons calling throughout the night
Omen in black, chained down to the rack
The end never in sight, soaring through an endless plight

Through the nights and days, we will find a way

Silence fills the shrine, giving us the sign
Forever lost, forever in the dragon's den
Born with second sight, essence burning bright
Forever lost, forever in the dragon's den

Silence fills the shrine, giving us the sign
Forever lost, forever in the dragon's den
Born with second sight, essence burning bright
Forever lost, forever in the dragon's den

... It was fu*%ckin' fun to make this, we hope you will like it.

Sonofkirk and all Newgrounds-United.

PS: This this is not the definitive version, somethings could be changed.

Hit the nail on the head!

this is like getting your rocks off but like for a really long ass time but without the hurting you get after doing it like 4 times and your junk starts burning a little. Symphony X is my favorite band ever thus far! Long live prog metal! The music of the gods!!!

...

i don't get why the media choses people like Franceso Ferari or whatever his name is. The guitarists in this track were MUSIC. They were the ones who everyone can actually refer to as "virtuosos". Singing was awesome, drums=awesome too. Hey can i please know your guy's ages? And howmany hours do you practice guitar everyday? I'm just a kid right now and I'm looking for as much help as i can on the internet, since my country sucks. Please reply!

Yngwie Malmsteen?

No way the solos sound more like a slower version of Micheal Angelo Batio....
But yea nice cover, the voice wasnt for me but im an electric player and the guitar really worked out the thrash for me. =P

Newgrounds-United responds:

Batio sucks a lot ... he has no feeling AT ALL. Please don't call CowMeat's solo" a slower version of Batio". Mine too. The voice was awesome.
