Hi loyal listeners. I made my newest track, named Swimming. It's a reggae track. And people don't know this, but I really love reggae music. The only sign showing that I like reggae are the colours on my user page picture. I named it swimming because a friend of mine told me that this track reminded me of an aquarium and the sea, thereby the name was decided. Sadly there wasn't a reggae genre, so I added it to misc.

"Great"

Happy and fun song. Would suit and arcade game if it would be put in one. And the random voices is quite cool. Had this beach feel and couldn't help but make you smile. Steal drum work was great and so was the bass. Good song

"Fantastic. (use for a Crimduder pickle flash?)"

I love this track! Such an upbeat vibe, it'd be great for a CD to play during a limbo party or just when jiving along.

Or maybe for repeatedly shouting 'pickle' to and making a flash honouring Criminal Duder's love of pickles. For some reason, I think it works really well.

The 2 vocal samples both work really well. What are they?

I liked how - though the steel drums get into a routine for the first half of the song - it really meanders and keeps itself fresh, as is your typical style.

Is it maracas that I hear at 0:40 and 1:14?

I'm not gonna find anything to criticise, so I'm gonna stop trying.

Well done. You've surpassed yourself and it's great to hear a new sound from you.

ZOMG A STEEL DRUM!!!111one

Normally I hate that instrument, as it has been overused in billions of songs (and the sound of it really isn't that great to be honest), but you used it in a quite good way, I think.
It still sounds like "Jurian", but it also sounds very different from your other songs. So I guess you've done an amazing job with the steel drums. ^^

"You could try making is Ska :P"

The irony of this track was apparent that I was watching Bender's Big Score, when Hermes was doing the limbo competition when I clicked this link. Muting the TV, while listening to this track was a neat alteration to Futurama in my ears.

Ever fancied coming up with a piano version of the Futurama theme? Maybe that's taking the metaphor a little far...

Most of the steel drums was great, but when they take your 'traditional walk' around the notes, it stops sounding like steel band and becomes you again, which I personally don't think the tune needs. I would have played more notes, effectively holding or rolling notes for these drums, as that's one of the traditional tools of the steel band. It could add more authenticity to the piece.

"Alright"

Well much of this did sound to be very good, most parts played out pretty well too, though I have to say the vocals in this seemed to be a little weird and maybe a little random, could do with a little more order to them. But the main beat is okay, not really to my personal liking most of the way.

The opening is good but the ending seems a little odd to me, it does loop pretty well though, which is a good thing, so good job on that part. Not much else I can say about this, pretty good alround.
