realy cool song
Its chill, very cool. Its got that hip-hop feel to it and its well, good. you did a good job for FL5 ^_^ and i hope you check out more my stuff. your music as much behind it good things will come out of you. i can see it.
While my music playlist was playing on shuffle it came across some weird song. I liked the sound effect they added to the beginning of it, and so I sampled that teeny bit and added the rest of course.
This is like, my 3rd song ever fully made in FL5, so please don't be too harsh. I know I'm not as good as the rest of you all, and I wanna practice and learn so I can improve.

Thanks bro :). I'm definitely gonna check out your work, in fact I'll do that right now! :P
I made a second version of the song which I hoped was less repetitive, so feel free to check that out too if you want :).
And thanks again for the compliments man, appreciate it.
yea-yea-yea, yah
you know, that rhythm is somewhat catchy and easy to rock to, and probably would be easy to lay a rap over. (This sounds like a hip-hop influenced techno to me) Other than adding just instruments as the reviewer suggested below, you certainly need to incorporate more complex riffs as the track develops. It was a bit difficult to listen to an entire three minutes of the same four notes looped over a 3 and a half minute sound ;) Trying not only spicing the rhythm up more, but trying creating more varied melodical content. You can let the main theme lull in the background as a bassline.
Sounds are pretty nice, even though they are a bit generic sounding. samples are a cool fit, but theyre overused- you'll recognize this as you produce more. Trying adding more percussion and spicing up the beat too-like add some consistent hi hats and stuff like that. i do like the snap fills use in sections....and after that, you'll need to do some mixing and customize your sounds more to create a more personal sound...but dont bother worrying about that now.
no big compositional errors, one thing I think you did a good job of was sequencing. you used the same main riff, but you used different ways to play your ideas. however, It was just too simplistic-even though some may think otherwise. Like I said, just trying building from what you got. I hope my suggestions help, and keep producing man. and dont worry about the 5, you still get a 5 vote for trying man. :P
:O
Thank you so much for the awesome review! :D I lmfao'd at the title "yeah yeah yeah, yah". It is a bit repetitive huh. Well I'll see if I can work in another melody and beat to spice things up. I'm thinking I might leave this as is, and make a Gala version 2 or remix or something that incorporates those changes. Your advice was great and I very much appreciate it :D Thanks bro.
mmk
could use more instruments. faster paced. some high pitched instruments on the low dun dun dun bits but other than those things i see a good 6 stars :P
Thanks man :), appreciate the advice. I'll mess around with it and see if i can make it better.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
