Hmm, Dont have that sudden break, sounds bad. Use a Fruity Filter on the claps to make them softer. That anoying swooshy sound is coming from the poi zone, or the Toxic 3.
Try to have a more interesting melody. It sounds ok, but try to vary it. Use automation clips to change volumes, so there can be a build up. (this is all because i assume ur using fl right? ^_~)
This is trance. Use reverb! and some delay, especially for the repetitive sounds. It would sound better if u had a deeper kick, and try to get a steady 1,2,3,4 beat kick while varying the steps of the other instruments. If u can, try to get an open hat sample to but on every down beat instead of that closed hat. But make sure its a long sounding sample, and that its the same pitch as the kick.
To make the kicks sound more full. Try (as often as possible) add a bass on the down beat. It makes a bouncy feeling and gives the listener a little wooshy feeling.
