I've been thinking about a few different approaches to this song, then I got lazy and forgot about it lolz! So just in time for the holidays I figured I could slow it down from the actual tempo and add a few instruments.

The beginning sound you hear created by the reverberated kick is supposed to be Mario landing on the moon, the little sound effect following it is him jumping around on it. I slowed down a Tambourine so much that it had a "breathing" kind of sense, so I used that for Mario in his suit.

The song loops three times, with sound effects randomly popping in and out to give it a more realistic approach as "Mario traverses the Moon's landscape".

So anyway, I felt like celebrating my love of this old GB game once again by remixing this song. Hope ya liked it, and if you did drop a comment or two, k? ^_^
