Ursula - Little Mermaid

So I drew an octopus for the first time the other day and decided to take it another step up. I'm not a die hard fan of the Little Mermaid but I always thought Ursula was batsh*t ugly. I also think if the movie was done in this time, she would look a bit different, maybe even a little sexier? Kind of hard to imagin that with a half woman half squid but I'll leave it for the viewer to decide.
