Wonderful art style
However, there's one thing that's been bugging me, the Engineer usually has an extension cord attached to his belt.

You are best at what you do
Not many draw the way you do and you do it excellently. The world needs more animators like you, but i digress; on to the ref sheet! Very well done and like your view of the engineer. My personal Favorite is the middle far left drawing. I don't know why, but it just 'slaps me on da knee'. Superb job.
