Jake's diary March 12th 1975 6:00

Me and my friends decided to go spelunking on a near cave that has not been completely searched, it used to be a mining op but it suddently stopped for no apparent reason, with costs going up and no profits the company running the operation pulled the plug. The girlswhere not much into it but they decided to come since they had nothing to do this weekend and with me i have Mark, we are a team of 4 and we're gonna explore this cave. We took Gas masks, in case of a gas leak, enough gasmask filters and cold food to last us 5 days and normal spelunking gear.

march 12th 1975 6:30

Welp, thirty minutes in and we already found something peculiar, after at least 10 meters deep we found a kind of bio luminescent mushroom and it looks like it hasn't been cataloged, we took a picture of it and planned to show it to some fungi biologist or something, we used our gasmasks since we had no idea what biological harm the spores could give us.

Well we're off to sleep nothing outside of the ordinary other than those mushrooms we're going back to splunking tomorrow and we'll come up again after that.

March 13th 1975 8:00

I fell down a little hole filled with more of those bioluminescent shrooms, but it doesn't seem like there is any aparent efect so we diceided to keep spelunking.

We decided once again to camp out Jennifer seems fine she's already fast asleep, nothing unexpected happened and we should be back in the surface tomorrow

WHAT THE FUCK!? I woke up to find myself alone without any equipment, my watch is broken and i don't know where i am, but i must be deeper since i'm surrounded by those shrooms. My compass and wind up flashlight still works so that's a relief i'm gonna head east since that's where the enrance was and i'll try to find my friends.

I don't know where i am i don't know how high up or low i am all i kno wis that everytime i sleep i wake up farther from where i slept, i noticed that i've made made many typos and i'vce started to repeat words. I try no sleep but the spors they have an setdating effect, i can't walk for...... i don't know how much time until i pass out.

Ive find another spelunker he fell down a sahft and broke both of his legs i hav to carry him arund evry'ere but it is nice to have somone to tolk to.
