Costume swap between Rhythma and Mary Cagle's Steffi to somewhat brighten a rather dismal Halloween. Did colored outlines because why not!

But yeah I never do Halloween stuff because I can never think of good outfits or anybody, so this year I decided at the last minute to do something, and somewhat fanart it all over the place in the process.
