She's adorable, though I strongly believe that a character sheet should include the entirety of the character instead of just to her waist. I think that a character sheet should be thought of as a means of reference if you ever decide to get her drawn by a different artist. Going only down to the waist makes them think "Well what do I do now?" and almost completely defeats the purpose.

I also think some shading should be in order as well, but some people don't do shading on their sheets, so I will not hold that against you. :P

Still though, I believe that conveying what she is in terms of status is shown just fine. You can tell that she's a sweet school girl; at least on the outside. The text is easy to read, too.

You're heading in the right direction. Just push yourself a little harder. :P
