I just had to resubmit this one. It still needs a little cleaning up, but I thought it needed a fresh start. I made some major (kinda) edits. The face isn't as awkward as the first, the eel has a nice black outline, some of the sketchy random bits have been cleaned up. It can use a little toning, but I'm fine with it now.
Don't give me hate, aight. Heh.
If theres something stupid tell me, critique my stuff! (even if I already know whats wrong lulz)
