I'd have say that this is one of your best art pieces you have but they are all great! but like the last guy said the wing is wrong but forget that guy he can go do some unmentionable things to a donkey! I like to think of it as creativity! I like the concept of both sides of the wings being green even if it may be a mistake. btw you should do more pokemans.

This is not bad - by far not - but it's also way less than your Gyarados art piece. The one thing that really disturbs me is that you also made the back of his left wing mainly green (like the inside of the other wing). This is completely incorrect, as the back of Charizard's wings are completely orange. As you said you were quite a fan of Charizard (in the comments underneath your Gyarados), this just shocked me.
Also his horns now seem more like ears and it looks as if the right horn starts somewhere really close to the left one, on the other side of his head.
