This is one of several identical AI hubs from my upcoming series "Last Ditch Grenades." They're all outlets for the single AI operator of the Obelisk company, who acts as an advisor and spokesman of sorts and is voiced by DruoxtheShredder,
Even though he looks like a sinister villain, I can say now that I'll never use the robot-gone-bad story in this series. Instead, the people who built this guy knew what they were doing, and put an inhibitor on him to reset his emotion every time he starts to have an angry, murderous outburst (which is often).
