The idea is good and the middle drawing is good but when your doing something like this with heaps of small lines and patterns you really need to be more cautious and take your time with it. If the lines and fills were less messy and all the lines were parallel or evenly spaced it would look much better. You should also fill in the whole border black instead of leaving random patches of white along the outside, it'll bring the drawing together and make it seem more like a professional art piece and not just a drawing.
