Very nice indeed, like the shading especially, I would not think this is practice, I like it a lot.

I wonder what you'd do when you do a slow painting. It's really nice, much better than what I'd be capable of doing.

How long did this one take you?

Wonderful! Although its quick, it looks great. The hair and eyes are beautiful. This image has especially good proportions. The shading is also very good!
