As the daughter of Scott Summers and Jean Grey, Dolly is a mutant. Taking most of her powers from her mother's side, she has telepathic powers and telekinesis (however, her powers manifested when she was 11, unlike her friends) She also possesses the more advance form of the Phoenix!! Making her an Omega-Level mutant mutant like her boyfriend Harry Richards.
