Well, hello again!

So, to start off I would like to say that the pokeball looks very 2 dimensional.
If it's meant to be more of a background, then you should figure out how to make it more of a background subject, if you know what I mean. (lol)
Like making the colors less saturated, as well as the black would fit it more into the background, making Pikachu kind of "jump out".
If that was NOT the intention, then you have to practise how to shade properly.
In fact, you really need to learn this either way, cause to be blunt, the shading is poor.
I see that you are going for a soft look, but then the red and the yellow really need to be more pastel.
If that again was not the intention, then you need to color with a more saturated yellow, cause this one looks mushy and green-ish.

But, I shall not just point out mistakes, I shall reward good things as well.
The lineweight is very good, and makes the picture stand out. In fact, it's really REALLY good.
And the way you drew Pikachu just shows it's personality. Even those who have not seen Pokemon knows from this picture that Pikachu is a nice pokemon.
