Good stuff. Some of the outlines and shapes could do with some tidying up, but it's a decent pic, with a decent pose on the dragon. If the outlines are intentionally messy, then they're not really adding anything to the image.

I find the text in the background is a bit lost, and could do with some more contrast.

I'd have liked to see especially his face quite a bit more refined. The guitar looks good, would have been nice if you had drawn his entire wings instead of cutting them short.
