The title implies it was meant to be a satire of "Pokemon". I don't really think it is, but it's still really cool. It's interesting to see this mishmash of boobs.
I can see a lot of different kinds in there. That must have been difficult to depict. There's some smaller boobs and then just a nipple. It seems like the guy he's standing on is see-through. He's pretty well designed too.
