This was cool I like the backround on this and I like the face here, good texture even and little details here and there, not sure what the white side peice is, but this was a nice character head you have here, as for changes I would remove that white bar piece.

i love this one, it feels like his face comes together moreso somehow, although i have nothing constructive to actually add to that. its just really good.
