I'm sure you spent some time on this, but.....maybe it means something for a friend, but as Art....meh. I Don't do any sort of computer art so I really shouldn't judge but this is overall not that interesting. Sorry to sound mean. Looks like the background was something you were able to just copy/paste in and the main character big lines, no shading, no definition....could have some merit as something in animation. I dunnno. It's better than I could do but I don't know why you would want to post this up - other than for a friend to see.
