This is Mr. Do, created by Universal in 1982. I always found Mr. Do very similar to pacman. Even though I don't like clowns, I love this one.
This was a great experience 'cause is my first time trying digital paint. Haha I know some strokes are rough, but paint with mouse and fingers on the cellphone is a real challenge. I'm not sure if my entry should be on the begginers category. I still struggle knowing that, 'cause I consider myself a begginer. Maybe I'm the wrong place and I don't apply in this category. But, I don't want anyone to misinterpret me: I'm not participating 'cause I wanna win a prize, I'm doing it because is fun and I'm pushing myself out of the comfort zone. I see in these challenges a great chance to grow up in drawing and illustration. Nothing more.

Jazza if you read this: thank you for doing these challenges. Because of this I'm overcoming the fear to participate on drawing competitions and try new things (like digital art).
