Needs work

There are several problems with this as I see it. The biggest being the anatomy on the character in the bottom panel and how flat it all seems.
(I've written and rewritten this next paragraph several times but I find I am just coming across as an asshole and I really don't want to be like that. I just want to give some constructive criticism! Please dont hate me!)
I would suggest spending some time drawing from life before attempting to create stylised anime-esque type characters, it'll help give you a better sense of weight and depth that just isn't there right now.
Perspective is also a problem, the desk that guy is sitting at looks like it's in some sort of wobbly isometric plane. Something I used to do back in the day to figure out my perspective lines was to create a rough grid on a seperate piece of paper, and place that under my actual art to act as a guide while I created a (hopefully) convincing setting for my characters to operate in, it takes a little time but is totally worth it.
Anyway, I could go on but like i say this is turning less from constructive criticism to more of a rant so I'll end it here. Put some time aside every day (at least an hour minimum), and bang out as much life drawing as possible (paying attention to what you are drawing) in a sketch book, see what happens after a month, you may be surprised at the reults.
