Borders on fine art
Watercolors were perfect for this. Not a fan of tall, thin anime figures with too many wrinkles in their shirt, but I'll let it slide because I love everything else, such as the shading on his face, the style of the skyline and sky, and the crooked perspective. Any big changes would take away from the feel, I think.
