My third day of Inktober is a fanart of Eleven from Stranger Things! This is just a very simple, abstract portrait, as I had pretty limited time to work on it today. As I am experimenting a bit with style, today I went for something much more dark and stark (to reference certain scenes from the show) using solid blocks of black shading and no colours or graytones.
In trying to use a different kind of 'ink' each day, for day 3 I have used brush pen, a thick black fineliner and india ink. I am trying to get better using brush pen so I know some of the lines are a bit messy, but overall I think it's a fun little piece. :) Again though, would love to hear any constructive criticism or advice.
