Staff self portrait

This makes me laugh every time I look at it. Someone in the art forums wanted people to make portraits of them self after the style of the staff flash page, so I hopped in looking for a challenge.
It came out better than I thought it would! I'm actually pretty happy with this one. The only thing I notice is that the pose is just a little off and unnatural. I have to sort that out as I continue practicing.
