This instantly remembers me of Full Metal Alchemist.
Really great work with the colors.
So matter becomes matter when it comes out of white hole, the opposite of the black hole which may lie in the another universe, if to believe in multiverse (the existence of multiple universums, not just ours, what may lie, for example as bubbles or layers) theory.
