Looking at the other comments makes me think of a compromise aproch. I think part of why the Sonic art style was successful was because it followed at least a few anatomical rules while bending others. The hands generally look good on Sonic characters, but I guess that part would mostly be practice. The arm length of the wrist reaching the crotch could be variable but could also look better when looking more natural. Also female backs tend to be large, though I'm not sure how Sonic style deals with that. It'll mostly be up to you how you'd like to or if you'd like to balance style with recognizable anatomy.
My impression is you're off to a great start, especially with the look in her eye and the hair.

Sucy responds:

This is not a Sonic style? This is my own style, but thank you

In response to StrawHat, that's only if you want human anatomy, plus sometimes a style uses different anatomy and I personally like this drawing. I've seen plenty of artists have amazing drawings without it being anatomically correct because it was their style not the norm.

Sucy responds:

Thank you, That has made me feel better

It'd look pretty alright if you had your anatomy right. Hands are usually as big as the face, arms go down to below the thigh, bodies are thicker than heads. Those are just a few tips I've come up with though.

Sucy responds:

I'm just trying my own thing. I like making odd decisions in anatomy like the ancient artists who draw with odd proportions but still praised for.
