fun fact. this is a part of about 30 desktop images that change every minute. when i shut down my laptop one day it froze and all of the toolbars were gone except for this picture.
for about a half hour

i got chills, i know this is your composition but i think you have drawn the 'mar'. this is the exact face i've seen when i saw it trying to hide between Awake and Sleep, before it could run away, while i was waking up from a nightmare.

Gotta say, this is definitely my favorite out of all of your images. Maybe I'm just partial to creepy images because I'm insane (or something to that end), but this is perfect in every way. Asymmetry with the eyes adds a really cool effect to it as well, almost as if it is peering into your soul...

the eyes, or lack thereof, was tricky but fun to do. i would draw one, and flip it, draw a little on the other eye, flip it, etc. it works really well for making a very organic symmetry since it seems even at a glance, but has tiny flaws in that balance. just like real faces.
Looks like Ryuk in Death Note.
Anyways, it was scary and smooth, but also friendly and torturish.
