I like it... It's kinda calming!

Everything looks mostly OK, but the white swirly effect you're using is looking quite odd to me. Perhaps it's way too opaque? Or might it be not enough blurry? If that's light, it should lighten things up ("Add" blend mode) and produce lighted areas on objects and shadows from them.
Wait, do I see a snail-dragon somewhere to the right? Appears like so.
Shading on the humanoid figure looks too weak for this dark area, you could strengthen the shadows on its right side.
In conclusion.. not a bad art piece. But I really don't get it: does the thing he's holding emit light?!..
