Guru-Guru is the man from the Windmill who gets pissed at you because you play the song of storms. He's also in Majora's Mask and gives you that marching mask.

Good picture! Big fan of Zelda i am. Not to bag on you but it kinda looks like you put more work into the grass and background then you did the character himself. BUT! The character has alot of the detail that the original character does in the game. Also i would like to point out that the shirt detail is a unusual pattern. Not in a bad way makes it POP a little more. But have saying that keep up the good work!

it's funny because it's actually the opposite, the background took about 10 minutes (mostly the wall, the grass was just a brush) while the rest of the picture took a couple hours (including just screwing around). Like you say he's got the same details as the actual character which is probably why he looks so simple. He's a dull looking guy if you don't concentrate on the music box. and I agree, his shirt is pretty strange, that's the same as the original, and it looks like tie-dye cameo.
