Frank Hilt Kahmer III is a tier ten techomancer, able to bend even the most advance weapons to his will, he's also able to modify guns to extraordinary extents. During a British Spec Ops assault, Frank's body was severely damaged and he's now a brain in a jar, on a steam based robotic body. Franks weapon of choice is his fully modified MP40, "The Hellwitzer".
