Theres something about adolescent teen boys, that if you add areolas to anything- they'll give you props. I like the style, it's really over the top manga. The tattoos (wrinkles? skinmarks? Whatever.) Also add a nice few subtle details to what could have been plain space. Especially on the wrist. I think everyones going to comment on the centrepiece that is the lillths teeth, personally I think it could have looked nice in a sort of smirk, with a tooth peeping- but sure, nice work!
