Dream Sequence

So I'm doing a comic for a website involving a girl who frequently has ungodly horrific nightmares. I normally wouldn't post something like this here, but I kinda liked how this one part turned out. I'm not uploading any precursors, though.

This looks like a soul who is being brought back to earth, other than that this looks pretty decent for a comic but please tell me what the heck is the brown creature.
