I feel that feeling way too often.

I feel sad sometimes. I know it doesn't really matter.
Don't remember why I was sad in the first place.
Keep the emotion though.
I'll lie in my bed, awake. Feel something surge in my chest.
It doesn't matter. If I indulge in my sadness, my fears, or my anger, it doesn't matter.
I'm alone in my room. I can cry as loud as I want, but I don't.
