Very artistic

it's ok. The wavy and blurry lines make it very difficult to see the character. Also the lack of details make it very boring. The colors are great. The blank empty background makes it appear a little unimaginative. It doesn't really capture my attention. The face and head seem a little small for the body. With a few minor changes it could be a really great piece.
