The slanty eyes shows a great hidden evil within him, and with the claws it really adds a backstory of evil in him. The anatomy is outstanding so that is why I am going to give this submission a ten.

You should try improving your anatomy, I am not saying i am a good drawer, or that anatomy should be perfect, some artist are good drawers of creatures with weird anatomy (I contradicted myself i know.
But you should at least shade it or make lines less sketchy
