I can say that You are going somewhere with your artwork but the position of the feet just seems too angled inwards the right hands fingers need to be refined and the details of the clothes should be Emphasized..
If he is casting and pressure is rising around him then it shouldnt just stop with clothes. Everything that dangles should be affected. EX. (hair, acces.,)

This is a character for one of the "books" that i'm working on. He's a real secret and not much is known about him, he tends to keep most of his skin hidden; usually only revealing a bit of his face and his hands and toes.
