The first thing I notice are the very thick outlines. I don't know if that's your style, but if you really look at a person, you'll notice that there aren't outlines, but there are differences in value. For instance, look at the arm on the left side, it's all one shade which renders it quite flat. Also, try to define the elbows more. There are wrinkles and folds and changes in value at the elbows. Rendering values with graphite is more difficult when you're drawing large scale as well. I'd suggest picking up vine charcoal or black conte (darker) and just adjust pressure for differences in value. The neck seems a little elongated as well. Good start though, keep practicing figure drawing! :) Hope this helped
