I had spent an entire week trying to make this for the 4th of July but two factors came into play
A: I suck at fireworks effects
B: family issues prevented me from release on time
So sorry everyone for the late release, and yeah not THAT well themed but really I'm SOOOOO not going to put her in some tacky dress themed after a flag to keep her in looks.
