Quite cute!

I agree with the dude below me. (ignore first and last lines)
I love her eyes, they're beautiful. Her hands look soft, and the flower she's holding helps me to believe.

The piece isn't that great overall and doesn't match the character very accurately. Her hands (everyones worst enemy) are out of line for lack of a better term. My main problem rests in her head and eyes though, her eyes are popping out of her head and the head itself lacks depth. A quick fix for this is shading though. Also the background appears to be doilies that you duplicated over and over.
