Party in an artist's brain

Hi, this is my submission for the contest, i realize now that it doesn't really follow the prompt but i put too much effort into it to not at least submit it. My idea was that it represents the party going on inside the artist's brain.
this is my inked piece and i accidentally put it into the art portal which i realized i wasn't suppose to do but i don't know how to change it sooo... ya hope you like it!
