Pretty
It's realistic and soft looking, and it has really good detail. You do better with charcoal than I would ever be able to do.
I do see a little bit of boxiness around the hips and legs, but that seems easily fixable.
I almost can't believe it's charcoal, charcoal is always so messy with me :P

you definitely got the figure and composure, but the shading looks off in parts
