This is a breed i'm making, known as Kaygons.

They're based on a mix of dragon, dinosaur and bird, and can either have feathered wings, or none at all. Their bodies are made up of mostly feathers, with long decorative ones at the top of the neck, and usually along the tail. The colours and markings can be quite varied, but they often have a bright colour in their plumage. The scales on the face and the legs are always dull and desaturated. Although, on rare occassions these can be bright white.

They are okay runners, and the elongated back legs makes them very good jumpers. The winged variety vary in flight ability, with some being excellent flyers, and others only able to fly short distances.

They stand at about the height of an average horse and can be used as mounts. However, one does not chose a Kaygon. A Kaygon chooses you.
