The sunken, heavily aged eyesockets with a touch of blue to denote intelligence.
The crawling, creeping, many-handed body that is always clinging, always grasping.
The red, ethereal and blurred background with a foreground resembling bloodied dirt and appendages suggests that this is a hell-type dimension.
Usually in hell-dimensions, people are being punished in one form or another. Perhaps here it is full of incredible lusting. The suffering that follows is because fulfillment is always withheld.
