Agreed, definitely the best one. Steiner and vivi are also my favorite
As for the artwork, seems a bit flat but has a decent style. The sword and face stand out to me the most, the sword looking very out of place in color and depth and the face needs a little bit of anatomy work. Overall its a nice piece.

This was my 2nd fav final fantasy game, and the most under rated of all in the series, the upgrade system was flawless!
