It might be the blah colors or the mild, but correct, shading. Maybe if you added some definition to the head and neck it would "pop" a bit more. Her hair came out really nice. Plus. b/w kinda adds to the imagination. She could use some context, as in background. Everything else about the picture's great. Your work seems to be improving!
