How do i say this? AWESOME JOB. The absence of color ( not black and white because of the flowers and staff ) set the mood right where feels right (does that make sense?) The lighting also helps the absence of color too, plus her body proportions look just right. I gotta love this!

This is an amazingly drawn anime character, and just talking a quick glance at your related work, it looks like you are really really good at this. The colors in this weren't varied, but they were enjoyable if you consider it a color splash i think it's called, where it's all black and white except for focused points of color? Anyway, great picture.
